Transaction ID: Provide at least 1 transaction id that shows the first transaction when the compromised wallet was drained. This must be before 2 Nov 2023, the signer must be the compromised wallet, and the transaction shows that it transfers out all your balances.

Please explain:
  1. - How was your wallet compromised? Please explain details of the hack with associated tx id.
  2. - Do you have additional evidence to prove that you are the original owner? This will be used in case of disputes.
  • If your request is approved, your allocation will be withheld and will not be claimable when $JUP is launched. After your allocation is withheld, the full review for reallocations could take up to 3 months. We will try our best but this process is manual, tedious and experimental. DO NOT submit this form if you intend to trade $JUP immediately.
  • Your request will be rejected if the date of the compromise, as seen from the transaction id, did not happen before our breakpoint announcement on 2 Nov 2023. We are not approving any wallets that got compromised after that because of bad cats misusing this platform for OTC games. If you continue using the wallet actively after the drain happened (as seen from your tx id), we will reject your request.
  • Reallocations will be considered on a case by case basis, if no double claims or disputes are made one month after $JUP is live. They are not guaranteed. In the event of disputes (more than one person signs the original wallet with different socials), we will look at the stories & socials and see if there is a credible owner. If there is no clear owner, we will not reallocate, and the allocation will be released to the original wallet.
  • 1 social, 1 wallet. This makes it harder for hackers to spin up multiple identities. If you connect your social on multiple wallets, it will throw an error. If you have multiple compromised wallets, you have to pick a primary one. Your claim will be more credible if you link a social with a genuine history and presence.
  • You can view status updates to your request here. After submission, your status will initially say "Review in progress", and it will be updated to "Withheld" or "Rejected" upon review. Due to volume and time constraint, all decisions are final and cannot be appealed. We are unable to support questions in tickets and they will be closed immediately, please ask the community in our public discord channels if you have questions.
